Please join us this Friday, December 17, at 12:15 p.m., for our free weekly Music at Midday concert. We are delighted to be welcoming back organist Kimberly Ann Hess, who will performing a program of works for the Christmas season:

Kimberly Ann Hess is Ceremonial Organist at Arlington National Cemetery, where she plays funerals in Old Post Chapel. She is also Director of Music and Liturgy in Memorial Chapel at Ft. Myer and Instructor of Music at Marymount University both in Arlington, VA. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Organ Performance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Music degree in Sacred Music from the University of Notre Dame and a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Organ Performance from the University of Illinois.
This week’s recital will be the last Music at Midday recital of 2021. We will return with a full season of concerts beginning on Friday, February 4, 2022.
Currently National City Christian Church is requiring all persons to be masked while inside the building. For those who are still not able to join us in person, we will be recording the concert and will post it later in the day on the church’s YouTube channel and Facebook page. Look for an email message after the live performance with links or just watch our Facebook page for a post.
