Please join us at National City Christian Church this Friday, June 10, at 12:15 p.m., for our weekly Music at Midday recital. We are delighted to be welcoming organist Vincent Carr, who will perform our annual Pride Recital, celebrating the gifts of the LGBTQ+ community. This week’s program includes:

Vincent Carr currently serves as National Councilor for Education for the American Guild of Organists, the world’s largest professional organization of organists and church musicians. He also serves as Director of Sacred Music at the parish of Our Lady of the Lake in Verona, New Jersey. An experienced university professor for more than a decade, he most recently served as Associate Professor of Organ and Church Music in the prestigious Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University (Bloomington).
Currently the wearing of masks is optional but highly recommended. For those who are not able to join us in person, we will be recording the concert and will post it on the church’s YouTube channel and Facebook page.
