Please join us at National City Christian Church this Friday, September 15, at 12:15 p.m., for our weekly Music at Midday recital. We are delighted to be welcoming organist and pianist John Nothaft and violinist Sarah Berger, who are performing a program they have entitled “Autumn Leaves”:

Sarah Berger is a violinist passionate about orchestral performance and new music. Her leading positions include Concertmaster of Spoleto Festival USA, Principal Second Violin of Mannes Orchestra, Concertmaster of Eastman Philharmonia, and Concertmaster of Brevard Music Center Orchestra.

John Nothaft from Vienna, Virginia, serves as Director of Music Ministries at Lewinsville Presbyterian Church in McLean, VA where he works as organist and choirmaster, and created and curates their “Holy Happy Hour” series. John received his M.M. (2018) from The Eastman School of Music and his B.M. (2016) from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music and Hutton Honors College.
