Please join us at National City Christian Church this Friday, March 18, at 12:15 p.m. for our free weekly Music at Midday concert. We are delighted to be welcoming organist Bryan Dunnewald, who currently serves as the Assistant Organist and Choirmaster at Saint Mark’s Episcopal Church, located in Center City Philadelphia, Named one of The Diapason’s “20 under 30” most talented young artists in 2019, Bryan also received first prize and the hymn playing award at the 2013 Albert Schweitzer Organ Festival Competition.
Bryan’s program will include masterworks by two of the most highly regarded composers of organ music:
- Passacaglia in C minor, BWV 582 – J. S. Bach
- Symphony No. 3 in F-sharp minor, Op. 28 (I. Allegro maestoso; II. Adagio; V. Final) – Louis Vierne
National City Christian Church is still requiring attendees to wear masks at all times inside the building and to observe social distancing.
