Alex Jones, originally from London, currently serves as Organist and Choirmaster at Trinity Episcopal Church in Houston, Texas. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Organ Performance with Honours at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, a Master’s Degree in Organ Performance and Literature from the Eastman School of Music, and a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the University of Houston’s Moore School of Music. He has been a featured artist at various festivals in the US and at has performed solo recitals at major venues in London and throughout the UK. Alex has also appeared widely as a professional harpsichordist and theatre organist. In 2023 he was named as one of The Diapason’s prestigious “20 under 30.”
