We’ll be hearing from the Rev. Miriam Gentle on her recent trip to Indonesia to see Week of Compassion work there. Plans are underway for a Sunday school class, a sermon, and a newsletter article this fall.

“We saw how our Week of Compassion, partnered with Church World Service, helps empower remote villages in the areas of refugees, hunger relief, disaster risk management, hygiene, and accessible clean water.”

Miriam was in a group of ten clergy and seminarians on the two-week Week of Compassion trip.
