Please join us at National City Christian Church on Friday, October 31, at 12:15 p.m., for our free weekly Music at Midday concert. We are delighted to be welcoming organist Grace Oh, who will perform an exciting program of organ works by the great French composer Maurice Duruflé:

  • Fugue sur le thème du Carillon des Heures de la Cathédrale de Soissons, Op. 12
  • Scherzo, Op. 2
  • Suite, Op. 5

Grace EunHye Oh is a Korean-born organist whose refined artistry and depth of interpretation have led to invitations across Europe, North America, and Asia, including an invitation from Notre-Dame de Paris, appearances at the Music Festival in Saint Petersburg, the Gulangyu Organ Festival in China, and Weiwuying Hall in Taiwan, home to Asia’s largest organ.
A former pianist, she began organ studies as a teenager and quickly rose to prominence, winning Korea’s national high-school organ competition within months. She pursued her musical education in Korea, Japan, the United States, and Germany—supported by prestigious scholarships and graduating with highest honors. Grace has received top prizes in international organ competitions in Korea, the U.S., Germany, and Italy. Since returning to the United States in 2020, she joined the faculty of Chun University and serves as organist at First Presbyterian Church of Annapolis.

If you are unable to join us in person, you may view a livestream on our YouTube channel (Friends of National City Christian Church) or on our Facebook page (National City Christian Church). You may also view a recording afterwards at those same sites.
