Please join us at National City Christian Church this Friday, June 28, at 12:15 p.m., when New York City organist Aaron Comins will perform a program of colorful works at our last Music at Midday concert of the 2018-2019 season. Admission is free, but we welcome your gifts to support the series.
Aaron Comins graduated from the Manhattan School of Music, received a master’s degree in music from the Claremont Graduate School, and did further graduate studies at Utah State University. His principal teachers include McNeil Robinson, Anthony Newman, James Drake, and Allen Sever. He has presented organ recitals at St. Patrick’s Cathedral and at St. John the Divine (New York City) as well as here in Washington at National City Christian Church and the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception. Mr. Comins currently serves as organist at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in Staten Island, New York.
