The spring series of Music at Midday concerts at National City Christian Church will begin on February 7 and continue each Friday at 12:15 p.m. through June 26, except on Good Friday, April 10.
The new series will feature solo and duet organ recitals, two solo piano recitals, a solo violin concert, and a Valentine’s Day performance of Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 2 in C minor, transcribed for piano and organ. The concerts will feature a mixture of local composers, along with two organists from Germany, and musicians from Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois.
